Apple to introduce iPhone 17 in two potential new colors

A fresh report reveals that Apple is testing two new colors for the base iPhone 17 – Purple and Green. However, only one of them is expected to launch. As of now, Purple is considered the leading choice.

In addition, the iPhone 17 Pro might come in a Sky Blue variant to bring a more refreshing and premium aesthetic.

While iPhone color changes often attract attention, this time the real upgrade lies in the display improvements. Reports from earlier this month suggest that both the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air (expected to replace the iPhone Plus) will feature 120Hz refresh rate displays.

Still, ProMotion support will not be included with these models and will remain exclusive to the Pro lineup, continuing Apple’s strategy of clear segmentation.
